Job Description

  • Temporary In -Office position available to assist with searching and quoting electrical construction tenders
  • After tender award, the position then requires project management in-office to execute the work efficiently from start to finish
  • Requires working with several general contractors, suppliers, electricians while maintaining ever changing project files
  • Other office Administration duties as required

Experience Required

Requirements:

  • Be an accountable organizer and communicator to adhere to customer, electrician, supplier and general contractor needs
  • Research new construction tenders, and independently maintain files during the tendering process to ensure effective pricing
  • Assist with tender submission, material take-offs, pricing breakdowns etc.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents including schedules, budgets, purchase orders, RFI addendums etc.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with electrical blueprints in a PDF format
  • Submitting electrical tenders
  • Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, Outlook etc)
  • Submitting monthly construction draws

Compensation and Benefits

$25/hour
