To access ser­vices, employ­ers must meet the fol­low­ing criteria:

  • Be a reg­is­tered busi­ness in the Province of Ontario

  • Have 3rd par­ty gen­er­al lia­bil­i­ty insurance

  • WSIB cov­er­age or alter­nate work­place safe­ty insurance
