Job Description

  • Perform lawn maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, edging, raking, and watering lawns and landscaped areas 
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, and small hand tools 
  • Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and garden beds to enhance outdoor appearance 
  • Remove debris, leaves and waste materials from residential and commercial properties 
  • Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites 
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures while working independently or as part of a crew 
  • Provide professional customer service and maintain clean, organized work areas

Experience Required

Key Skills & Qualifications 

  • Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions 
  • Knowledge of lawn care equipment and basic landscaping techniques 
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and communication 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions independently  

Valid driver’s license required 

Compensation and Benefits

$20-$25/hour depending on experience
