Job Description
- Perform lawn maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, edging, raking, and watering lawns and landscaped areas
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, and small hand tools
- Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and garden beds to enhance outdoor appearance
- Remove debris, leaves and waste materials from residential and commercial properties
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures while working independently or as part of a crew
- Provide professional customer service and maintain clean, organized work areas
Education
Experience Required
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of lawn care equipment and basic landscaping techniques
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions independently
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation and Benefits
$20-$25/hour depending on experience
