Retail Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and is comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Take customer orders (in person, phone, or email)
• Process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized retail counter
• Provide basic product information to customers
• Support daily retail operations and team members as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in food or meat retail is considered an asset
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for full-time hours (including weekends if required)
