Job Description

Corner Land Farms is hiring for: a Herdsperson for hog finishing barn

checking hog finishing barns for overall health and treatment of hogs as needed daily
checking hog finishing barns feed systems and basic maintenance of barn equipment
record keeping of hog finishing barns
power washing and disinfecting hog finishing barns
sorting and loading large hogs for market and receiving feeder pigs
running automatic hog sorters for shipment
maintaining a clean work environment and hog finishing barns

Farm equipment operator and job description

Safe operation of large farm equipment
Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic repairs and maintenance on farm equipment
Able to work long hours in peak harvest season
Have an AZ license or willing to take a training course to get an AZ

Overall employee quality's - Able to:

Work independent and perform problem solving
Work well with others in a positive and respectful manner
Be flexible hours longer hours during harvest
Start the day between 6-7am
Work Weekends
