Our company is looking to hire a full-time cleaning team (2 people) to join our company and help maintain our commercial and residential properties to a high standard of cleanliness and care.

Strathroy, Ailsa Craig and Lucan areas

Areas of Responsibility:

Daily/weekly cleaning of commercial buildings in Strathroy and Ailsa Craig
Regular cleaning of residential properties in the Lucan area
Maintaining cleanliness standards in offices, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Reporting any maintenance or repair needs

Experience Required

What We’re Looking For:

A reliable 2-person team with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Own transportation to travel between job sites
Clean criminal record (required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties
Must be able to have a flexible schedule as some properties will be days and others evenings

Compensation and Benefits

$40,000 per individual
