Community Employment Choices supports businesses and job seekers in meeting the labour market needs of Middlesex County with: job training information, career planning, job search support, job placement opportunities and incentives, as well as referrals to community resources. We are a knowledgeable team of professionals dedicated to improving the economic health of our community. Since 1999, CEC staff have travelled to Glencoe, Parkhill, Lucan and Dorchester, as well as points in between, while maintaining base in Strathroy, to meet with individuals who are facing transition in their employment.  Over time, the demand for services have grown and the CEC team continues to provide employment services to the communities within Middlesex County, supporting individuals in their working life and supporting employers to grow their workforce.
