What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • User Support: Provide hands-on assistance to team members and guide them to use IT resources effectively.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and ERP systems (CSB experience is a plus!).
  • Document Solutions: Keep clear records of problems, solutions, and user interactions.
  • Security & Safety: Implement IT security measures to protect our systems and data.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work with IT peers, vendors, and team members, and provide training on new technologies.
  • Remote Support: Assist users remotely with professional tools.

Experience Required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experience with ERP systems (CSB) is a bonus.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’ll be helping people, not just computers!
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a changing IT landscape.
