Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Labourer - Landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping and forestry tasks, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction projects.
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain tree service equipment and forestry equipment
- Perform tree removal, planting, and relocation.
- Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse.
- Repair and maintain equipment.
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or forestry is an asset but not required.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience with backhoes, chainsaws, front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, small engine equipment, and other related machinery.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including wet, cold, hot, dusty, and noisy environments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, and engage in activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
- Transportation: Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Safety Gear: Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.

- Dependable and hardworking.
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills.
- Organized and client-focused.
