Job Description

Nieman Carpentry is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in custom residential carpentry, with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Install interior trim, baseboards, casing, and crown moulding
Complete custom wall and ceiling detail work
Build and install custom built-in bookcases, cabinetry, and millwork
Read and work from plans
Deliver high-quality finishes in occupied and new residential homes
Travel to various job sites throughout the region

Experience Required

Qualifications

Experience as a finish carpenter or trim carpenter
Strong skills in crown moulding, custom trim, and detailed finish work
Experience with built-ins and custom woodworking is a strong asset
Valid G Class driver's license is required
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to work sites
Positive attitude and pride in producing quality craftsmanship

Compensation and Benefits

$25-$30/hr. based on experience
