Job Description

Crawford and Danyluk Insurance Brokers Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Processing & Mail Administration professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Assist with general office duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with team members in an open-concept office
Ensure a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all work

Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Friendly, personable, and professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
