Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

Gary Graham Transport in Glencoe ON is a cross-border trucking company specializing in bulk agricultural and equipment moves. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator.

This position is responsible for booking bulk agricultural shipments to and from locations in Canada and the U.S., dispatching drivers, and handling customer service issues in a professional and timely manner. This position requires excellent communication, computer, problem solving and organizational skills.

We require:

• Three (3) year or more of experience in a dispatch position.

• Experience with US and Canada customs

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent computer skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is an asset

• Excellent time-management skills

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

• Attention to detail

We offer:

• Salary – from $80,000 per year
• Health and dental plan after 90 days;
