Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Railing Installer / Carpenter as soon as possible.
About the Role
This position involves hands-on carpentry and installation work, primarily focused on stair and railing systems. You will work from drawings and work orders to assemble, fabricate, and install custom railing components on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and utilize work orders, drawings, and sketches to assemble stair and railing components
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision
- Construct and install railings on job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all installations
Education
Experience Required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Benefits package available after 6-month probation period
