General Labourer - Curling Stone Workshop

We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Labourer to join our team. This position involves working in a production environment performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly, finishing, packaging, and handling of curling stones and related products. Located in Lobo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly, finishing, and packaging of curling stones and curling ice rink products
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Use hand and power tools to complete manufacturing and assembly tasks
• Move between workstations and production duties as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work independently to complete assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and transition between tasks throughout the day
• Physically capable of performing repetitive labour and lifting materials as required
• Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
