Student Egg Gatherer

Key Responsibilities

• Gather eggs from laying barns safely and efficiently.
• Handle eggs carefully to minimize breakage and maintain quality.
• Transport collected eggs to the grading and storage area.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas.
• Follow all farm safety procedures. 

Working Conditions

• Farm environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Weekend hours 

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently.
• Comfortable working around poultry and in a farm environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically capable of walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
