We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our busy automotive manufacturing environment, where accuracy and timeliness matter to every employee on the floor. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with legislation, handle adjustments and inquiries, and partner with HR and operations to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Education
Experience Required
Education/ Experience
-Accounting and HR background with 1-3 years of related experience
-Knowledge of Employment Standards Act, and CRA requirements.
-University in finance, human resources or a related field
-Advanced Excel skills
-Experience with ADP
Responsibilities
-End to end payroll cycle for both wage and salary employees
-Managing benefits administration
-Ability to handle confidential/ sensitive information
-Data analysis

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 based on qualifications and experience
