Education
Experience Required
Education
· Thorough knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety Act, Employment Law, and other HR legislation.
· Experience with HRIS systems
· University Bachelors’ Degree in a related discipline.
Experience
· 3-5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
· Pursuing CHRP/CHRL designation
· Experience in training others
· Microsoft Office Professional with advanced Excel skills.
*Manufacturing experience is considered an asset

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,000-$75,000 based on qualifications and experience
