We are looking for a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Regional Sales Representative to drive market expansion, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

This is not a transactional sales role. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own your territory end-to-end shaping strategy, leading opportunities, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers.

What You’ll Do

You will operate with autonomy and accountability, leading the full sales cycle while delivering real value to customers:

  • Own and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-delivery follow-up
  • Build and grow long-term, strategic customer relationships
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities in complex environments
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs
  • Translate technical solutions into clear business value and ROI
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned to company goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and internal teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven insights
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

Education

Post Secondary Education

Experience Required

  • 4+ years in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales environments preferred
  • Ability to understand and position technical products and solutions
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
