Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly driven individual with a passion for working within the fast-paced Food Distribution Company. Ricco Foods prides itself in our ability to facilitate a strong work environment with the potential for growth, valuable work experience and a vibrant and friendly work culture.

As a vital part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for Order Entry, light accounting, answering emails and calls from our customer base across Ontario. Additionally, you will collaborate with all other departments in the company to ensure that any issues are handled with the utmost quality and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Providing unparalleled customer service excellence
  • Creating orders for customers' requests
  • Assisting individuals inquiring about becoming a customer
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Explaining billing information to customers
  • Directing customers inquiries to the correct departments
  • Work in an office environment with professionalism
  • Light Accounting Tasks
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
  • Good computer skills
