Job Description

Winship Pools is hiring a university or college student as their Customer Service Representative for their store starting May 4. 2026 - August 28, 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting Customers and provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
Perform water testing and explain results (training provided) -Operate POS system and handle transactions.
Answer the telephone and assist with customer inquiries.
Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store.
Support team with general office duties.

Experience Required

Qualifications:

Strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Retail experience is an asset but not requried.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Able to lift 50lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

Wage is $17.60 - $18.50/hour
