Job Description

Winship Pools is hiring a university or college student as their Customer Service Representative for their store starting May 4. 2026 - August 28, 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting Customers and provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Perform water testing and explain results (training provided) -Operate POS system and handle transactions.
  • Answer the telephone and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Support team with general office duties.

Experience Required

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Retail experience is an asset but not requried.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Able to lift 50lbs.

     

Compensation and Benefits

Wage is $17.60 - $18.50/hour
