The Role

As a Crew Lead, you are the heartbeat of the job site. You aren’t just supervising; you are leading by example, working alongside a 1–2 person crew to install high-quality landscape curbing. You will be responsible for the project from the moment the truck leaves the shop until the customer signs off on the finished product.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Leadership: Manage a small team (1–2 people), allocating tasks effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Interpret designs and ensure every foot of curbing meets Kwik Kerb’s premium quality standards.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, communicating professionally with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Production: Lead the physical installation process, maintaining a high energy level and a focus on safety.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Leadership: Experience as a Foreman, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager (preferably in landscaping, construction, or trades).
  • Technical Skill: A background in general labor and a desire to master the art of concrete curbing.
  • Reliability: A valid G License is required (clean abstract).
  • Mindset: A "no-task-too-small" attitude and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • Starting wage $23.00, up to $25.00 once training completed 3-6 months, plus Bonus: A valid A License earns an immediate $1.00/hour premium., and annual raises of at least $1.00 per hour.
