Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Masonry Labourer to join our team. Work is based out of Strathroy but job sites vary, so you must be willing to travel locally and meet at different job locations as projects change. This position involves assisting with various masonry tasks and supporting the mason on residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with brick, block, and stone masonry work
- Mixing mortar and preparing materials
- Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- General labor duties as required
What We Offer:
- Starting wage $20/hour
- Wage increases based on performance and experience

Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (depending on workload)
Education
Experience Required
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation to meet at job sites in the Strathroy and surrounding area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Masonry or construction experience is an asset but not required (willing to train the right person)
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $20/hour, with increases based on experience and performance.
