What You Need to Know

•              Job Type: Full-time.

•              Pay: Hourly wage commensurate with experience in this or a comparable industry.

•              Wage growth potential based on experience and performance.

•              Work Location: Based in Strathroy, ON, with daily travel throughout South Western Ontario.

What to Expect

•              Work alongside the Driller or Crew Leader, upholding the highest industry safety standards and procedures.

•              Follow directions from the Driller and keep the worksite tidy.

•              Assist with drilling operations, maintain specialized drilling equipment, and support minor repairs.

•              Maintain required paperwork electronically using company software and on paper.

•              Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round.

•              The average work week is Monday to Friday, with at least 50 hours per week. Overtime applies after 44 hours per week. Occasional Saturdays may be required if emergencies arise.

•              There will be opportunities to perform flow tests and well service as part of the role.

What Is Required?

•              A valid AZ or DZ driver’s licence with a good driving record. A current Driver Abstract (MVR) and CVOR Driver Abstract (CVDR) are required.

•              Ability to lift heavy items (50 lb+) repeatedly. This role is physically demanding.

•              A positive and service-oriented attitude.

•              Strong communication skills for professional interaction with team members and clients.
