Job Description

Details include:

Will train – no experience needed
Ability to work on your own
Leadership Skills in a supervisory capacity an asset
Maintenance work – minor repairs, oil changes
Install shade cloth and remove
Install/remove frost cloth at frost warnings
Use of tractors, buggies, power tools and hand tools
Weeding crops, fork straw when spread.
Installation and maintaining of irrigation and sprinklers system
Harvesting, washing and packaging ginseng
Seed preparation

Experience Required

Requirements Include:

Tractor, forklift experience an asset but not required
Some heavy lifting
Proper footwear is required

Compensation and Benefits

Wage dependent on skills and experience determined after grace period.
