Full-time hours mostly Monday to Friday, odd weekends on critical times.
Job Description
Details include:
- Will train – no experience needed
- Ability to work on your own
- Leadership Skills in a supervisory capacity an asset
- Maintenance work – minor repairs, oil changes
- Install shade cloth and remove
- Install/remove frost cloth at frost warnings
- Use of tractors, buggies, power tools and hand tools
- Weeding crops, fork straw when spread.
- Installation and maintaining of irrigation and sprinklers system
- Harvesting, washing and packaging ginseng
- Seed preparation
Education
Experience Required
Requirements Include:
- Tractor, forklift experience an asset but not required
- Some heavy lifting
- Proper footwear is required
Compensation and Benefits
Wage dependent on skills and experience determined after grace period.
