310T Truck & Coach Technician

Currently, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Truck and Coach Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will posses strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, with experience working on heavy and mid-size duty vehicles.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, annual safety inspections and repairs on heavy trucks, mid-size trucks, trailers, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively
• Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, to identify issues and execute repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all operations

• Proven experience with heavy truck repair
• Valid 310T License an asset but not required
• DriveON experience an asset, but will train
• Valid G license
• Strong mechanical, electrical and technical knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Detroit, CAT, Paccar, Cummins, Transmissions, Air Systems, power tools, hand tools, welding techniques, and electrical systems
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• $30 - $55 /hour based on experience.
