Job Description
Caradoc Animal Clinic is a busy, compassionate and client focused veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets and exceptional service to their owners.
We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal care, excels in customer service, extremely organized, dependable and available to work shifts covering 8am until 6pm and 8:30-2 on Saturdays.
As a veterinary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, supporting veterinary staff, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly
- answer phones, schedule appointments
- Client check in and checkout and billing
- Communicate clearly with clients and other team members
- Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors for workflow efficiency
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary experience preferred, reception or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with computers and practice management software (Avimark)
- Passion for pets and excellent client care
