Job Description
- greet customers and direct them to where to take the dogs
- learning customers’ names and dogs
- write up belonging cards for customers who are boarding
- using the software for Pro Pet for invoicing and taking payments, making bookings and cancelling, if need be, putting people on waitlists when busy, printing off invoices and bills as needed
- posting pictures for all walks
- answering the phone and adjusting bookings or helping customers with their registration online
- printing off day to day enemy and buddy list
- creating a walk board for each day
- making sure vaccinations are up to date and may have emails to customers to update their profiles
- making sure the belonging cards are filled out properly and go on the board in the dog kitchen and food on shelf with labels (beds and coats labelled as well)
- Adjusting bookings as customers make changes
- Making sure that customers are up to date for the boarding or daycare passes
- Making sure no outstanding payments
- On the job training
