Job Description
Middlesex Bookkeeping Services Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team! This position is part-time with the possibility of leading to full-time.
Education
Experience Required
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, accuracy, numeracy and excellent communication and time management skills
- Independent self-starter but also Team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office and any of these accounting software applications QuickBooks Online, Sage, Xero.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts and credit cards
- Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
