Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Service Advisor at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep located in Strathroy, Ontario. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, quoting service and maintenance, and communicating effectively with customers. Additionally, the Junior Service Advisor will assist with aftersales support including but not limited to: completing repair orders, following warranty guidelines and researching labour times.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Customer-focused Service and Communication skills
- Experience in aftersales support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of automotive service and repairs is a plus
- Experience with Quorum/XSellerator DMS an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is commensurate with experience with overtime pay if eligible
- Bonuses based on sales is a possibility
