Job Description
Sad Nuggie is in an exciting, accelerated growth phase, and we’re looking for a Logistics Manager to help streamline our international shipping operations. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level, grow with the company, and take on increasing responsibilities as we expand.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure smooth, accurate order fulfillment by selecting the most cost-effective and reliable shipping options.
- Handle international shipping logistics, including HS code classification and customs declarations.
- Solve logistical challenges, such as address issues and shipping cost optimizations.
- Manage lost package inquiries, open claims, and communicate with logistics companies to resolve shipping issues.
- Collaborate with fulfillment and customer service teams to maintain a seamless shipping experience.
Education
Experience Required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics—experience with systems like ClickShip, Stallion, or similar platforms is an asset, but not required (we will train you!).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments and tracking costs.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and external shipping providers.
