Job Description

We are currently seeking a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Mechanic with a great attitude who wants to join the Grace Team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance and will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, conduct annual safety inspections, troubleshoot, diagnose failures and perform necessary corrections
• Complete all service sheets, work orders and safety paperwork in a timely manner
• Inspect various parts of vehicles to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate and meet safety and compliance standards
• Ensure records are completed accurately and on time
• Follow company policies and procedures while performing work
• Utilize personal protective equipment as required
• Maintain order and cleanliness of tools, equipment and shop
• Assist with other duties as needed

Experience Required

Requirements:
• Licensed 310T or 310J Mechanic
• Strong understanding of trucking operations
• Clean Criminal Search
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices necessary while operating or repairing vehicles and equipment
• Must have necessary tools
• Time management and strong organizational skills
