Details include:

Farming operation is comprised of laying hens, grading station, raising pullets, along with cash crop
Role to include light farm duties such as gathering and grading eggs
Sweeping and maintaining clean barns
Some maintenance including greasing and oiling
Washing equipment
Must be willing to work weekends
