Job Description

Are you someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to support others during challenging times?

  • Southwest Crematoriums Ltd. operates in multiple locations across Southwestern and Central Ontario. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Administrator in our Strathroy location.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones
  • Data entry using industry specific software -- employer will train
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Filing duties
  • Assist other staff
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Applicants must be presented as professional communicators, in particular when answering the telephone.
  • Compassionate, mature and reliable
  • Team player

Qualifications and Desired Traits:

* Valid G class driver's license

* Strong communicator, detail-oriented, service-focused.

* Comfortable leading witnessing's.
